She is the founder and Executive Director of OneNature Institute, where she has pioneered new approaches to measuring and supporting community wellbeing in biodiversity and climate projects. Her work has been recognized globally, including being named one of the Explorers Club’s “Fifty People Changing the World the World Needs to Know About.”

Beth’s career spans more than two decades of impact at organizations like the Peace Corps, USAID, World Wildlife Fund, The Nature Conservancy, and the International Fund for Animal Welfare. From leading global campaigns for endangered species to developing new frameworks for sustainable development, Beth brings both vision and execution to the table.
She is the coauthor of 16 peer-reviewed papers and reports, an inspiring speaker at venues ranging from Capitol Hill to the United Nations, and a strategic advisor to organizations around the world. Her insights have been featured in The Washington Post, USA Today, NPR, and beyond.

In addition to her conservation work, Beth is a certified Holistic Health Coach and an Optimize Coach, reflecting her deep commitment to integrated wellbeing — for individuals, communities, and ecosystems alike.
